There are various programs on offer under our Coaching and Pilates banners, both of which involve stress and tension release and mind and body awareness. These two programs both allow for the empowerment of the individual to take place. The programs are split into two sections, firstly noticing and removing the obstacles and secondly working towards the desire outcome.
The Pilates classes strengthen physical abilities including cores, spinal mobility, joint mobility and body strenght and flexibility. Done only in group classes at present.
Based in Cape Town`s Northern Suburbs, I offer both programs throughout the local area as well as Skype lesson`s worldwide.
Come for a once off colour Therapy Reading, and then you can decide where to go from there. We work with oils that clients can use at home to assist them through the process of coping with change.
