Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in treatment time being reduced; full rate will apply. Because time equals money, our therapists would really appreciate it if you could call us to cancel when you can't make an appointment. This allows us to contact alternative clients that may have been waiting for a slot to open. Any complaints should be brought to the manager's attention within a period of 48 hours in order for us to resolve the problem effectively. Please place your phone on silent in order to not disturb other clients during treatments. We accept all major debit/Credit cards excluding American Express.
