I qualified with a masters degree in Chiropractic at the University of Johannesburg where I received the Dr Ross Potgieter Heel award for top practical student for Dry Needling. Having completed my research dissertation on rowing, the passion for Sports Chiropractic has always been evident.

The human body is incredibly intricate; yet beautifully simple. The body reacts and adapts to various environmental and circumstantial stresses in ways that aren’t always obvious. This is where my passion for Chiropractic really lays, in understanding how these factors influence your pain and condition and my aim is to provide treatment that looks beyond just ‘a sore neck’ or ‘tweak in my lower back’, to give you a better understanding of how the biomechanics of your body works and how ailments can be prevented by making small simple changes in your daily life.
